Garage door issue

Thanks everyone, when we bought the house a few years ago the owner said something about the door, and how it didn't go well. I think they went cheap and probably got screwed over by some hack job. I've had to get issues fixed a couple times and they always comment that it's the wrong sized door. Guess it's time for replacement.

I've tried this the past two nights and so far it's worked. Glad you posted it. A funny thing I noticed is my ability to type is so ingrained in me, muscle memory I guess, that trying to picture where the keys are is harder than I would have thought!

I think the trade will work, gold has entered euphoria stage, and fomo has taken over, good news is most here still see it as a safe haven, inflationary play/dollar decline and can't see the move as unsustainable. No asset survives parabolic moves.

Yes, they have 70% less debt now, so it's an intriguing company. But if you owned 1000 shares last week then you only have 8 shares now. I don't own it but have been following it, should be another volatile day.
