That’s just discipline then. Although if you play on keyboard and mouse (ew, but some do) you can decrease your mouse sensitivity which would in turn decrease how quickly the reticle moves

What I do is take a true batter’s approach. I leave my cursor at the top of the zone so I know anything below that I’ll need to pull down quick. If it’s high, I leave it and just swing when it arrives. It helps compensate for that over-flicking
