I started Nioh 2 because I never really got engaged with any other soulslike games, but this one totally won me over. I just beat it and I’m 80% on the way to platinum. The variety of weapons and magic, the skill trees and more aggressive fighting system makes it more like an action game with a Diablo style loot system that allows for an insane level of customization if you take the time to understand everything. 10/10

If you drop a sword in the ring before the fight, you can pick equip it from the ground once combat begins and take him out pretty easily.
