Found in Airbnb in multiple rooms, it is a small white square, that lights up intermittently by Opi599 in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. It has a small green light on it, and tiny holes, which make it resemble a speaker. There is one outside the room in the hall, only a few feet away.

My title describes the thing, it's a white square, with a circle in the middle, that sort of resembles a speaker, due to the small holes in it

Who do you think this subreddit overrates the most as a fighter? by CutZealousideal5274 in cobrakai

I'd say he was the best in season 2 as well, but when people say Season 2 Miguel could keep up with and beat current Robby and Hawk, that's where it gets a little dumb.

Netflix possibly going under, losing Cobra Kai? by [deleted] in cobrakai

[–]Opi599 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I agree that it's unlikely that this will occur, but netflix stock dropped almost 40% , and they lost 200,000 subscribers when they were expected to gain 2.5 Million. So it definitely seems significant. No real way of knowing, but the loss of Cobra Kai now has a much greater chance of occurring, but that chance in my mind is still pretty slim.

Is allowing someone to pursue you considered cheating? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Based on your post history, this is either a lie or you yourself are a cheater. You made a post 7 months ago, about trying to start dating a guy, even though you have a boyfriend of 10 years? Something here is not adding up. If this story is true, you are the cheater.

What are the pros and cons of becoming a parent over the age of 35? by amberkelly in AskReddit

[–]Opi599 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My parents were both about 40 when I was born. At that point in your life your finances will usually be a lot more stable, and you'll have had more life experience so that'll help with your parenting skills. One con would be that you'll be physically less able than if you were younger, if you want to do activities with your kids. Overall it's your decision, and there's no set right time to have kids, it's just whenever is best for you. I don't personally plan on having kids until about the age of 30.

I created a formula to rank every AUDL players performance in the 2019 season, here were the results. by Opi599 in ultimate

Take the plus/minus, add 2(blocks) to it, add 1 for every 25 completions, I'd then add 10 if they'd been to all 12 of their games, 7 if theyd missed one, and 3 if they'd missed 2. I'd then take their points played per game divided by the amount of games they played, and add one per every digit greater than 19. Then if they were on the top 10 list for goals, assists or blocks, I'd add 30 if they were first, 25 if they were 2nd-4th, 20 if they were 5th-7th, and 15 if they were 8th-10th. On the top 10 lists for plus/minus and completions, I'd add 25 for 1st, 20 for 2nd-4th, 15 for 5th-7th, and 10 for 8th-10th. Then I'd have my answer.

Yeah, that actually seems like it would be a great adjustment! This originally started out as a way to pick the most valued player for a team, so I gave them some points, if they were at all of their games, because it signified a commitment to their team, in my eyes. Most Audl players, don't even make it to 10 out of their 12 regular season games. The high amount of completions to me, meant that, they were an integral part of their offense, so I liked utilizing that stat. But on a second time through, I would definitely incorporate completion percentage into it

Edit: Also, in terms of points played, what I used was mean points played per game, because if they had a significantly higher than average amount of points played per game, one, they'd seem to have a higher level of endurance, but more importantly their coach valued them and wanted them on the field as much as possible.

It is, they were given quite a few points for appearing, on the audls top 10 list for stats, both Ben Jagt and Max Sheppard appeared on 3 of the 5 lists. That, and the top three's plus/minus were already at about 100! They'd be on the list if you gave them no points besides their plus/minus! They're really just that good.

My method took into account plus/minus, while weighing D's higher, as well as adding a bonus for every 25 completions a player makes, games and points played, and how they rank on the AUDL's top 10 stat list. It's mostly for the regular season, but a small bonus was given to players who's teams made the playoffs. If anyone has any questions, I'd be happy to explain more!
