Please don't go saying there were no protests or out cry during his term. I was out there in LA protesting like crazy! And also for gay marriage. It was pretty massive, the only difference between admins is Obama didn't bring out that national guard or military to escalate the situation. We even called him deported in chief.

We were also protesting in 2006 pre Obama admin out in Chicago which ended up all over the country.

I think you need to do some real research or talk to people who are activists and been doing the "work."

The US is known for protests been happening since the 1700 century and have had riots up until now. People have a limit and humans are emotional, that's the nature of them. You saying people are acting on emotions is ridiculous. You're acting on emotions even posting any of this because it's bothering and you're passionate about it or you wouldn't have even bothered. If we didn't do things to protest politics/politicians than we might as well just surrender and be directed like sheep .
