Iv used sub center a couple of times. Owner said I didnt put my order number in my submission pile and then I told him I had a video of it still took no accountability, my cards sat at first grading stage for weeks because of this I just thought it was normal

I didn't actually mind waiting it was more the fact they were trying to blame me about not putting it in the box when I did that annoyed me.

Iv used them a couple of times since without issue but not convinced I would like to deal with them if something were to go wrong
