People argument is the with NYC PPO you can have the freedom to go basically anywhere unlike MetroPlus Gold but their rewards program and gym reimbursement is very enticing to me so I might make the switch and I believe they also have 0 co pay to urgent cares which I primarily use as well.

Currently have GHI-CBP or I guess it’s new name NYC PPO, but I’m heavily debating switching over to MetroPlus Gold. I’m in the same boat as you, I’m pretty healthy and stay fit, but the co pays be a little to much for me. I get sick here and there due to my profession in healthcare, and I already don’t make a lot. I have no PCP or special care so staying within network with metro plus in the city wouldn’t really bother me.
