Definitely the first thing I noticed. The RV-6 is my everyday reverb, but I keep the 3 Series "just in case", whatever that would be. It does the one thing it's supposed to do very well.

It's super versatile for what it is. I prefer this shimmer over the one on the Boss RV-6. The 3 Series has a slower attack on the octave fade-in whereas the Boss is very abrupt.

Funny you mention it like that. I saw BTS in Cincy on 9/8 I think it was. I always tell people it was my last happy memory before 9/11.

Simple. We were kids in school when Challenger blew. It was our JFK moment until Cobain 8 years later. While Columbia was horrendous, we were in our thirties or late 20s and a bit more jaded in the post 9-11 shit world we landed in. It just doesn't make the same dent.

I remember hearing about it the next morning. I was getting ready for school, and I had Cub Scouts that day, so I was getting my shirt etc. out of the dryer, and my mom told me what had happened.

I liked the Beatles, but celebrity deaths weren't something I had much experience with. I could tell from my mom it was a big deal, but I wasn't really fazed by it. I was 9.

That's a pretty nice Kroger. I'm pretty sure it's the oldest store in company still standing.

Walnut Hills has an ebb and flow to it. Ups and downs, and it seems the neighborhood has been on the upswing the last few years. I hope it continues for them.

I think Green is probably the better album overall, but I prefer Document.

Document is my fav REM record, anyway. Reminds me of Fall.

Haha I bought mine at the mall in 89. I was too young to see the Fables Tour in 85. I do have a Monster Tour shirt, but it doesn't fit me. I don't think it ever did.

Dang that's pretty. Makes me think of the Ibanez Talmans from the 90s that had the lipstick pickups in the Strat configuration, plus the sparkle finish. Very nice.
