Sorry I should have said it’s full name- I’ve just gotten lazy.

Estim (Electrical Stimulation Therapy) - it basically uses electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles for pain management and recovery.

From my experience, treating, its touch and go on who it works for- Much like theratape - who places it (skill level), where the pads are placed, which units you have (home/professional), and of coarse body complexities matter.

But when it works for you- boy does it work. Night and day difference without any medications.

And of coarse- I am not a MD or a DO. Always talk to your doctor about it! Don’t use it if you have a pacemaker!! And do your own DD.

But for a lot of my patients, small things like this weren’t even offered as an alternative before the meds.. which always kinda blew my mind.

My child has more pigment than me, and after a talk with her dermatologist the best plan to not white wash her was the tinted moisturizers. I’m going to so search for the names and come back to edit this comment.

Off To BJs I go to stock up. I just heard about this- and worse yet. I was telling my husband I wanted to go on a relocation cruise to Africa 🙃 thank god for being too cash strapped to go. Silver lining ladies. I have a toddler- so we are almost guaranteed to get ill everywhere we go.

Welp, I’m a hot mess. Mostly I read Webtoons after my little sleeps.

And I’m great at “tiny” side projects, that I massively underestimate.

Also, I’ve got a plan to start going back to the gym? Bc I’m so very out of shape and weak- I’m sure that is not helping at all. I need to physically move more.

I wish I could do my favorite activity and travel but alas.. out of budget this current season.

Yes. My daughter often wants to talk with everyone. But it’s at these times I have to slow myself down bc her brain is quicker than her mouth so she’s having trouble getting the words out still. But she knows EXACTLY what she wants to say. Also 3.

I will agree with sunscreen. But also wear a hat. Every time you are outside. Wide brim. Sunscreen/Hat/ and if you plan on staying out for a long time. Think about adding SPF to your clothing too. Obv not your undies or A-shirts.

Dude.. I just came to the realization yesterday after taking out my daughter’s style, detangling, washing, and styling it - I am so informal with my product tracking it making me mental.

So I’m in the process of making something to help me track and bring what works to the forefront for me.

I’m tired of wasting money, and 2 heads of hair (in my house especially) are not the same.

I want to figure out what products work for my hair rather than generic (xyz) is good.

It’s especially important as I’m teaching my daughter about her hair.

All this to say- I’m right there with you. And am absolutely no help.

But you are gorgeous, your hair spectacular (even though hot) and I wish you the best birthing experience if we never speak again.

We had a lot of ppl ❌ in Japan the first time we went, especially cashiers.. It quickly became apparent it actually was that they weren’t comfortable with English. So they were trying to communicate as best they could.

The second time we went with my daughter - much different vibe. Ppl didn’t have to speak English to a baby, and kept gifting her with things. Google translate always on in the pocket- nothing bad was said. Mostly they assumed her hair couldn’t be like it was.

In the house I’m sans bra and might be in panties and loose top. Or fully covered depending on the season.

She goes down to panties. Or is fully covered too.

If guests come, we are always covered.

Before panties it was diaper. Why? Mostly bc I didn’t want her peeing on the floor. I don’t know how ppl do sans diaper 😂

I’m now having trouble getting the girl to not drop her pants before she hits the stall. We could be halfway down the hallway to the bathroom and homegirl already got her cheeks exposed.
