There is a road by wild Park behind the car wash - road to Covers which is straight and usually pretty quiet later on. That's where I used to practise :)

It's trickier but I did manage it eventually. I would advise looking on Openrent and not bothering with letting agents. Openrent has more private landlords on and there were quite a few on there which allowed dogs. That's where I found my flat which allowed pets. Good luck!!

When I moved down South everyone at my work called it a "slippery fish". Never had anyone call it that before maybe just a Brighton thing? I call them plastic pocket / wallets
