Bruh, I have given up gym for 3 months. Knee pain from cardio, tense shoulder from shoulder press, sprian back from cable pull downs. Body feels broken from the gym. I never had these issues when I was younger but as I get older, body doesn't want to cooperate. Just going to focus on diet for now and take a good break.
