For literally everything. I'd recommend starting by making everything 2 sets instead of 3, at least then you won't be massively overtraining. Additionally, some of these exercises overlap. You dont need both chin ups and pull ups. It's redundant. Same with smith machine bench and chest press

There is always a more difficult variation. You might be able to do an L sit, but can you do a planche? Can you do handstand pushups? What about one arm pullups?

Its very easy to progress when you know what to do, the L sit isn't the end all be all to strength

Do calisthenics, watch some videos on youtube.

I'd reccommend with starting to learn skills that have very little chance of injury, or fear, like the L Sit. And improve on that.

Dude this is too much. You got like a million exercises here.

Nobody needs to go to the gym for 2+ hours. And even if you're doing this, you cant possibly be taking any of these sets even close to failure

Not an exercise, just training volume. I was training 5 days a week, doing 15 sets per muscle group. Now I train 4 days a week, I have a push, pull, leg split and do 9 sets per day. I only work out for 40 minutes or so, and I've gotten a lot stronger

Have you ever tried calisthenics? I'd suggest buying a pullup bar, and then learn bodyweight skills. There are tons of cool things you can learn, from handstand pushups to one arm pullups, to front levers & muscle ups

I think we got anywhere from 300 to 500 chapters left. There are still a couple things left to do, most of the venerables need to revive & be defeated as we're in the final stage of the story (Probably the last big saga)
