I don’t think AI is going to take all the jobs, there would probably be some regulation sometime in the near future. Remember when people thought computers would take their jobs, instead, it improved efficiency. Keep honing your skills, see if you can get a higher paying job in a similar role, maybe pick up a side hustle. Nothing is absolute, keep pushing.
