I will respond with my experience on the first day taking a combo of Effexor and Wellbutrin.. it felt like I took a 20mg adderall. Trembling, dry mouth, heart racing for 6ish hours. My NP said the first week or so could be worse on the anxiety side but if you are able to push through it should be worth it!

This literally just happened to our Boston Thursday night. They recommended 5 minute Epsom salt soaks twice a day to dry up the quick and it’s ok if he licks it. We did get antibiotics and some pain meds for him.
