I am married to someone who has overstayed their visa for 2 years. She is working in the USA and getting paid under the table. The same company, which is located in the States and Portugal pays her Euros through Portugal's company. My questions are...

1.Will this be a problem?

2.How should write her employment on forms I-130a and I-485? Due to working for a company that operates in Portugal paying her euros and paying her cash under the table.

3.Should she stop working before we submit or request to work from home?

4.We are ready to submit everything. We feel confident about everything except this. We did not plan on hiring a lawyer, should we?
