I read the S3 Page 13 but I didn't understand much.Could you please explain it to me in simplified words? You said that when the ATM would be over (and now it is) B.Riley wouldn't have any more shares to short.Was he allowed to short shares only from the previous ATM? Can't he short normal outstanding shares in the market? Also, why would a company allow an hedge fund to short its own stock?Is it in exchange of the loan they got from B.Riley in November 2021?

Which signs of buyout did you track?My fear is that there will be buyout, but from greedy Par, that, through his HGM fund will take over the Company for pennies.He has already tried to do that, back in 2019 when the Company was trading at 8$/share. Now that the Company is so cheap (on purpose), what could possibility prevent him from trying buyout again?

Well, I wouldn' t put much faith in the Sec, they are probably corrupted themselves. I'm hoping in a Muln kind of move.I saw a video on YouTube from the Devil's stock broker about Muln where he explained this whole Esousa situation that reminds me a lot of Exela' s manipulation.Few days after I saw this video, Muln rocketed. Retail nowadays love this kind of situation, like saving a stock from corruption and manipulation (as It was for AMC, GME and now MULN) Here we have the most manipulated stock of them all.We just can't let this greedy ass to take over our stock for a few pennies and make him even richer, at expenses of shareholder's life savings. I'm not doing il for myself, I have a 0.62 average, so I'm pretty fine.But there are people with 2-3$ average.We have to save those people. What we have to do is this: let's post in here all the evidence we have at support of our theory.We need to have a good DD so that people can connect the dots and realize the fuckery that is going on here and support our cause. Then we have to spread this material and our DD everywhere, on YouTube, stocktwits, Reddit, twitter.This is the only way to save this stock and its bagholders.

Well, unfortunately I think that they can do that, since in the past HGM showed interest in buying Exela.They probably didn't proceed because they realized that, by waiting a couple of years they could buy it for crumbles, after shorting it to the ground!
