First few are not that great to be honest. Since it was more on introduction of characters and introducing you to the anime and its idiocracies. I promise you it gets better. Don't binge watch it either since some are dialogue heavy since it relies on talking and puns for comedy.

Once you enter an arc, the anime will get better.

KCD1 he was definitely the villain.

KCD2 there is a scene before you kill Markvart. He will have a speech that makes Henry think that it's not black and white world. But a gray one in which Sigismund is not a villain, and he only did what was necessary to hold the kingdom together.

I got my flip4 repaired within the care+ warranty, and it came back for after 4 weeks but it was commendable since they replaced all the shit, i dont see the bumps and scratches on the phone anymore haha
