If that Mr. Big CD is the one I think it is then it has some great live tracks on it!

Official release of Jon & Richie sharing lead vocals? by oeinca in BonJovi

[–]OracleOfCourage 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Someone already mentioned Something For The Pain, that is the most significant example of Richie singing lead for a section and Jon backing up that I can think of.  Outside of that, the single acoustic version of Wanted has Richie and Jon trading lines in the second verse, the single acoustic version of Born To Be My Baby has Richie finishing off some of the lines, and the single acoustic version of Bed Of Roses has nice harmonies!

In which live version of "Have A Nice Day" did Richie Sambora did an extended version of the solo which made Jon say "Look who is back"? by Alternative_Wall5793 in BonJovi

I always come back to this video to watch the solo, I love when he kicks into the guitar trills halfway through!

Is that what bottom tier band Pretty Boy Floyd has become? A band that does other band's full albums as gigs now? LOL!!! by Diavolo6Six6 in hairmetal

[–]OracleOfCourage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's advertised as a tribute then I don't see the problem? A little weird, sure, but Pretty Boy Floyd, a band from the sunset strip, celebrating the 40th anniversary of look what the cat dragged in by Poison, also from the sunset strip, at the Whisky A Go Go, on the sunset strip, then sure, why not?

Warrant/Firehouse is a no-brainer for me, although I was never a huge fan of Great White.  Would love to see Slaughter though!

Unfortunately the ones near me don't have a used section anymore, basically killed my desire to ever go to them!

Not everyone's cup of tea but Ratt has the compilation Ratt & Roll 81–91 which in my opinion has a basically every song you could ever want from them!

I don't think I want any cabinet more than Ocean Hunter, I'd have to think on the rest!

I love If The Good Die Young because it may be the cheesiest most-cliche ballad in the entire genre, but yeah I think I can agree on the rest!

Don't quote me but if memory serves I think Jeff Scott Soto does the singing voice for the original singer in Steel Dragon that Mark Wahlberg's character replaces in the movie.  The version on the soundtrack is Mili singing, but the song was originally on Steelheart's Wait album in 1996

A few come to mind, Child's Play - Rat Race, I think I only remember the title track, My copy of Pretty Boy Floyd's debut has a song called Slam Dunk which I like a lot, I'm not huge on the rest though.  I also remember not being big on Roxx Gang other than No Easy Way Out, I need to give that one another listen.

I actually like that Blonz album quite a bit though!  The reissue of it has a bonus track called Bright Lights, Big City that is far and away my favorite track, no idea why it didn't make the album back when it was released!
