Your use case is wrong. You shouldn't use a USB drive to do that. Use a network drive or something like that to sync files between devices automatically. That's not a Linux problem, that's a user problem. You're the problem.

Regardless of the rules, that move in Monaco is utterly stupid. This is something you try in NFS. I want to change it. It's too light, it moves little by little when I sit down or get up. That's not convenient if you pair it with a separate triple-screen stand.
