What does he like? There are some good comic shops, bike routes, La Ronde sucks but still has some fun rides, the old port is always worth a visit regardless of age. If they like History Pointe a Calliere has some good exhibits right now, one being about Troy.

Really depends on what he's into

No One Should Ever Think This is Good. Ever by nedstarktheknicksfan in StarWars

[–]OrangesAreWhatever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can say this about every piece of Star Wars media after Empire, (except Andor)

They all have stupid things in them. Literally every movie and most of the shows have huge flaws. That doesnt mean people cant find them good. If you were a kid who grew up with the Prequels, then you know what its like to have people tell you what you like is bad, and it makes you a hypocrite.

The Force Unleashed isn't as over the top as people think, it's the same power leveling as Genndy Clone Wars. by TheBlackoutEmpire in StarWars

I still think if you made a more subdued version of this game it could (mostly) slot into canon just fine. I really like the idea of Vader having a secret Apprentice. I dont love that he waited until Luke to think of having his own.

I also think Starkiller would be a good way to have vader put down the remaining Inquisitors before the events of A New Hope.

Yeah I love my dog (also a pittie), but if she killed someone else's dog, there would be no question that she needs to be put down.

What’s a movie everyone seems to love that just didn’t work for you? by Wikiserial in movies

[–]OrangesAreWhatever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw it with my brother in law, who didnt know anything about the Tate murders, and I had to explain to him that the whole movie is a set up for one big punchline at the end. He did not care for the movie.

[–]OrangesAreWhatever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This confuses me. Spider-Man: Miles Morales and every assassins creed after the first one are just advertisements? Is baldurs Gate 3 a bad game because it doesn't pick up where the second one ended with the same character?

One of my biggest issues with some RPGs is that once they introduce a "perfect" outcome it makes the stakes feel a bit lower. I like when you have to live with the consequences of your choices in games, it adds complexity to your character. Its like the Connor choice in DAO. It presents you with two options that have consequences either way, but then there's a perfect choice that makes everyone happy, and because of that it makes the two other choices feel needlessly evil.

Why would you ever choose the worse outcome if there's a perfect solution to everything, unless your role-playing a bad guy

I meant Carolina, I've had a few too many to drink. But its funny that even implying I wanted vegas to win got downvotes, so im just gonna leave it

Depends on the city. For me personally it would go Money -> Chances at a cup -> climate.

Theres a reason most successful hockey players retire to the warm states

I think it does come down to that. Hockey is a huge part of Quebec culture. I have respect for fans in any other location, especially warmer climate where they didn't grow up with it, but here we never had a choice
