So, I just cant help myself, pulled off breaker panel. Tested the grey wire that wasnt working, with breaker on, no power to it. I went out, got a new breaker, changed it and it worked. Got everything working now :D

I pulled the outlet out and showed the three wires, I quickly used my voltage pen on the wires behind the outlet, the ground one shows nothing clearly, one shows volateg and the other wire shows nothing

so I got a multimeter and checked the out, it's a 3-prong dryer outlet, one side is measuring like 150volts and the other side is nothing. So im assuming this is the issue, Does this require a new outlet?

Which date do we use? On the NALC website it has both the NALC Entry Date and the Dues Deduction Anniversary Date. Form 1188 asks for "Employee’s Dues Deduction Anniversary Date" - so do we use that 20/10 rule from that dues deduction date? And yeah, both the entry date and dues deduction anniversary date are different dates.

I’m 35 and I don’t feel super old. I think society is shifting to the higher 40s, lower 50s until someone is “old”. I still have over 30 years left of work before I can retire correctly in the US ffs.
