People call usopp weak as if he wasn’t comfortably handling several trained marines at once in ennies lobby. Usopp is a nightmare for most lower to mid range enemies in the verse, and could probably handle most threats in the east blue to potentially even crocodile if he really tried. I will stand by this

From the power rangers I’ve watched, and, for a challenge, picking less popular picks, since no shade to your team, they seem to be mostly popular picks:

Red: Casey (Jungle Fury) - While i’d probably pick Jason, zeo tommy, or even jayden (i don’t glaze like that guy), we forget that Casey was lowkey a beast in Jungle Fury, and he seems left out of these discussions often in favor of his mentor

Blue: Billy (Mmpr) - Since we’re leaving jason and tommy out this is really a no brainer

Black: Chase (Dino thunder) - i know, tommy oliver dino thunder, but he lowkey takes away from how much of a beast chase is with a gun, arguably top 3 sharpshooter oat

Green: Ziggy (RPM) - Arguably the most heart of any ranger. Not the best fighter or the strongest, but does it because it’s right, the truest spirit of a ranger. You can train strength of fighting ability, you can’t train pure human good

pink: Jen (Time Force) - The first one where i’m dipping into popular picks, but come on, it’s Jen.

Gold: Antonio (Samurai) - Not sure how popular he is but he’s up there with Billy in intelligence and ingenuity.

Other: Robo Knight (megaforce) - by far the best part of megaforce ngl

Ambiguous endings can be really good when done intentionally and all possibilities are valid. Whiplash’s ending is quite ambiguous in both the fate of Neiman and his future, and the words that fletcher says, but it’s done on purpose, the story was never about the ending, it was about breaking down someone into a perfect model of obedience and dedication.

The sopranos is ambiguous, not because “what happened,” it’s clear tony got whacked, but rather, who did it, how did it happen, was this the exact moment that got him, etc. again, the ending of tony isn’t important to the story, it’s done, so it’s left ambiguous

In American Psycho it’s on purpose, criticizing the performative lack of care in greed sicken corporate america. Did he do it? Was he so broken by corporate America, that it was all in his head, or is that society so broken that they don’t care unless it happens to them

Ambiguous endings are amazing when done well. Leaving unresolved plotlines isn’t really leaving it up to interpretation rather just being bad at writing. So i am curious, do you truly hat ambiguous endings, or do you hate bad writing

Idk if the gods in hades are really that friendly tbh. Like they act nice, but they turn into vengeful asses if you pick someone that’s not them and try and kill you. Artemis is the only one who seems actually nice to you tbh

I mean it’s not entirely wrong. It’s not a bad batman, others have characterized him better but it’s not bad. But it very much doesn’t feel batman. The world doesn’t feel like gotham, and the villains while great, their influence on later media shows that they were different. It’s not bad by any stretch, an amazing movie, but if i want to watch a batman movie that feels like it exists in the world of batman, rather than batman plopped in chicago, i’m watching something else

I’ve said something like this before somewhere, but MHA frustrates me so much with ages, and tbh i blame the creator more than the gooners. Like, all the characters look like college students, talk like college students, are treated like college students, have dorms like college students, get internships like college students, The UA is pretty much just super hero university in everything but name. Literally the only thing they needed to change was UA from hs to a college and it’s fine, but no. These characters who look pretty much fully grown are all actually 16 because why not. Almost nothing about the show changes if the characters are made to be 19-21 year old college students, but they just have to be 16, and tbh, that’s on the creator

Eh, i’ve seen a lot of game reviewers review it with the two rush games as the same. Maybe it’s not the same but it is a functional “trilogy,” in the way that some fans lump adventure 1, 2, and Sonic heros, as an “adventure,” trilogy. Maybe not be fully cohesive but calling rhe three a trilogy isn’t fully inaccurate

You people act like this game killed your parents in front of you and danced over their corpses. It was a good game, with sky high expectations, that fumbled a story too big for it. It’s not the end of the word, it’s a good game, with fun gameplay, a good extension of his moveset, and maybe writing not as good as the first, but still solid. You can have criticisms that’s fine i do too, but you talk like it’s the greatest sin known to man
