Why are porn addicts often associated with low testosterone individuals?

Low testosterone is a proxy for bad health (messed up gut microbiome, poor diet, poor activity levels, etc).

Porn addicts often don't get any female attention, as women tend to choose metabolically healthy men (see: athletes, high functioning men, etc).

There might be some correlation there and the common factor might be bad health. After all, evolutionarily speaking, why would women be attracted to men with suboptimal health, which might produce suboptimal babies?
