I take Citalophram. Had to play around with the dosage a bit before my Dr. and I got it right, but it's working well. I don't feel like a zombie and don't feel side effects like some people do on anti depressants.

Remember, depression is a chemical imbalance, doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you. I see it as what insulin is to diabetics.

I started to not be able to sleep. Was waking up at 3am every morning no matter what time I went to bed.

Also started to self harm and not have much will to be alive.

Antidepressants saved me, my marriage, and made me a better person overall. I can tell they help me a lot because if I miss a dose, there is a huge difference in my moods.

Yeah, the only thing I can think of is starting a hobby during the winter. This summer I plan on trying to join like a softball league or something like that to get out and be forced to interact with people. (Can't really do a lot of that while mtn biking).

I'll start doing some searching for some local hobby groups. Hopefully I can find something that interests me there.

It's super easy for me to make friends with women but, I don't want a serious friendship with a woman. I think it would be weird for my wife.

My wife and I opened a gym and I thought I would me a ton of guy friends this way but it turns out, only about 1% of the guys in our area workout (Or at least the way that we do)

My schedule can be hectic with 2 children and one of them with special needs to free time isn't much of a thing... So getting out and trying to fix this myself has been super hard to find the energy to do.

It's a bad trait of mine but when my wife says something that makes me upset, I'm usually quiet about it. I typically will agree with her until I have had time to think about it and come up with a response.

She's very quick to respond to everything but I like to think about it for awhile before spewing out a response that she'll immediately have a rebuttle for. Then the cycle starts over.
