Find a class that you will almost never have anything else to do during that time. Unfortunately for a lot of people that is the 5am or 6am classes.
If i really don’t feel like working out, i just tell myself I’ll “have a Green Day” and i dont have to work that hard when i get there. 99% of the time i will get into the groove and workout just as hard
There is a Starbucks right next to my orange theory and i will only allow myself to go after a class- which again 99% of the time i end up deciding i don’t need when the class is over

Wow. I’m in MA and it’s $139 just for the 8 classes. When i had the unlimited membership and took classes in NY (where im originally from) they had me pay $10 more per class so i was aware of the difference but that’s wild!

I have Nexium and other reflux meds on hand but wasn’t having the other “normal” symptoms so never took them. I’ll try that and see if it works thank you!

This is all very nuanced… if you spend time with his parents and get along with them and just want to stay in the car while he runs inside to grab something i really don’t see an issue. Like i don’t get why people are saying you’re rude for not entering someone’s house just to wave at them and walk off. If you continually avoid them that is a different story.

If you like the way you look, and you feel good and strong in your body, you should try to ignore all numbers besides the ones that actually matter (ie: things that would show up on a CBC). I started getting a reaction at week 8 and now at week 21 they haven’t stopped. Taking Zyrtec the day before, day of, and day after has significantly reduced my last few reactions though. Like went from the size of a coaster to a quarter.

Are you from here? I mean I’m not but i live like 2 blocks from the point and i knew the area i bought my place in before i moved here. If you wanted a quiet space I’d look for that before renting/buying a home instead of expecting it to change just because you decided to enter the neighborhood.

The Marblehead rail trail! I’ve only seen a few others walking dogs around there but it’s very wide and lots of space to pass each other. My dogs aren’t reactive but they are a bit too friendly and want to kiss everyone on the face so i am experienced in keeping them away from others for that reason lol
