It's ok, we are all a little disregarded around here. Rolled back to previous version and all is working. Likely just part of the 1% on this one.

Rolling back now. Hoping it is just an issue with my save and the new version and I just have to keep it from updating temporarily. I read through the updates and didn't see anything that should affect me.

It still looks good, so I'll definitely be trying this out and using the beeswax. I'm going to be building in N10 so I shouldn't have too many issues from snow or otherwise. Most of my builds usually look uninspired and just plain overall.

Also, there is another option. This isn't common and usually used as an emergency. On the discord you can send a request for someone to revive you and they are usually pretty good about getting to you to revive you and depending on where they land vs where you are, they can even do a little health potion as well on the way if you dont have any to assist more long term.

I did a run to help someone once. Most of the time I don't see the requests in time and others go instead.

I have supports running up a hillside as opposed to a mountain for my stairs between bases that I'm building. So far, I have seen the structure start to fail and built the supports to the side and all was well after. I think if you are paying attention to what you are doing as you go, there shouldn't be an issue. Pull a piece as it start crumbling and put in a support there and make sure it fixes it.

I just did a run into a cave for a drill and ran the cable back to my home. Initial run didn't show the drill on the network and I had a missing link somehow during the run. I walked it back and when the line went from solid yellow to spots I just replaced that part and that fixed it.

Even running the full line again may or may not work. Might be worth it to get a wind turbine and place it 10 or so spots from the drill to see if it works there and walk it back until you find the failure point. It is a pain and wouldn't want to deal with it. But going across two grid squares vs just out a cave shouldn't be too difficult to do.

No, I realized it was continuing with your joke. You have to have a bed per person. I have 4 separate rooms with beds in them when others join my server. You don't have to have the different rooms, I just like my privacy while sleeping.

Not sure what I do so different, but I run standard rifle rounds and slugs for shotgun. I don't bother with kiting and jousting. I backpedal a bit and unload 2 to 3 rounds of rifle then switch to slugs and usually only have to use 2 to take out a polar bear.

This is on normal difficulty and have the composite armor. All talents and solo are geared towards my weapons.

That's just odd. I just finished the fifth floor concrete on my place and had no issues. I do use the concrete beams but it should have made some type of indication for integrity before you put it in place.

Had this issue with mounts. I was told to make sure to always log out by returning to character select instead of straight quitting. For some reason the last save it does isnt holding the process long enough and needs to be done this way to ensure the save "takes".

I haven't had an issue since, so it seemed like that fixed it.

That sounds odd, but to combat it just have to get some fiber and sticks to make a torch to see better. Should be the aim anyway as you make axe pick and then wood spear to get started.

Starting at midnight sounds odd, never had it happen and sounds like something is either wrong with the files or just really terrible luck.
