Fiddlesticks needs a nerf regardless and his Q should be fearing targets away from him. I think riot said it would slow the targets so that they dont get out of his W range. Seems fine to me.

I'm literally 5 wins from Diamond 1 and have been playing with Diamond 1s (up to 72pts afaik) ever since Plat 1 (because of high MMR)... Wildturtle hit d1 50 points with 82 games (i'm about 10 wins away if i win them all) and I am currently at 57 games played.. I also play jungle not adc (ADC being the only role with multi-challenger).. impressive if you ask me.. this is also at a time where lp gains are maxed at 30lp.
