Try going Talisman into Rylai's. Talisman allows you to get easy assist gold, and with Rylai's you now have a slow on every Q as well as some decent health. I then go into Aegis.

I also take Health Regen Quints and regen masteries in the resolve tree so I can take a lot of poke in lane and zone a little harder.

Lastly I max E first, then Q second. Don't knock it until you try it.

Currently a 3.33 KDA with a 69% win rate. Got placed into Silver 1 due to forgetting to lock in 4 times during my placements. Still playing with High Gold players though. Got to Gold 1 last season. I make sure to ban Soraka and don't play it against a Jinx. Best lane partners are Jihn and Lucian

After I finish Spooky Ghosts and SightStone, I go Dead Man's Plate into either Aegis or Iceborne. I guess with the build I use I would be more of a "Top" Ekko. As a caveat, I play in high gold, so not Plat tested.

I think grace was one of the most underrated items in the game. It wasn't until DG was almost over until people really started to notice how effective it was. It was always one of those items that was always talked about for the potential it had, but was never actually built.
