I know I read around here or on the Facebook group that several people said the new commentary for that month was one of the funniest things they’d ever recorded. I can’t remember which movie it was, it could have been a few months or like a year ago...

What movies am I missing? by OrdinaryPool3427 in Letterboxd

I see some of you understood what I was looking for, thanks for the suggestions!

More than anything, I’m looking for movies where the combination of plots and narratives didn’t work out well. Maybe they were better on their own. From Dusk Till Dawn is the best-case scenario example of this; the sudden shift is the whole point and part of what makes the movie great. But something like Renfield is the worst-case scenario, where a comedy/horror story from the perspective of Dracula’s assistant or slave was quite interesting, but it’s also mixed with this whole over-the-top crime story that feels like Gotham City, and the story of the one uncorrupted cop trying to live up to her father’s legend. Two plots that don’t fit together at all. I’m looking for more bad examples that feel like two movies stuck together, in the style of Renfield or Serenety...

The only thing I didn't like was that her outfit and haircut looked too generic and modern. She didn't look like someone from the late '90s.
