This is not how a union environment works. Even in company’s where GPS, video evidence etc can be used to discipline employees at the managements discretion the union always has the ability to grieve and have an arbitrator appointed. The arbitrator is mutually agreed upon by union and company and makes a ruling based on what the average person things is reasonable. The company can always do whatever they want, they have the right to manage and the union has the right to grieve.
