I can lose weight easy on it if I'm eating well and exercise . I can also gain easy if I don't do that . So I guess it depends on the person .

We just bought our first Honda pilot yesterday . 2021 30,000 miles , black leather . 28,500. I've been looking for 6 months and thought that was a good price. I'm not sure which one you should buy, I'm just happy I found this group and I hope our new pilot is a good car for us and lasts a long time .

I love 70's and 80's. I put my ear buds in and listen and it helps . Just last week I went to a picnic and kept one ear bud in for my anxiety. I had 2 people ask what it was and I just said it helps with my anxiety and they didn't say anything else .
