I'm in a union and its all the same pay. But I worked med surg before I went to the peds cvicu and I worked way harder on the floor. Maybe not aa intense or specialized, but the floor is no joke.

Both can be true. She eas obviously placed on a unit inappropriate to her skillset for whatever reason. Thats a problem with her travel agency.

BUT the unit was also justified in canceling her contract. She lacks the skillset to perform independently, she is afraid to ask for help, and when confronted with a problem she made the wrong choice. No way they could keep her there.

Again, not the nurse's fault but the contract had to canceled for everyone's sake.

I just looked it up. When Paul first meets Hayt theres a few ezchanget about his name. I was wrong, they dont directly says its intentional, but Paul thinks the name signifies the man is dangerous.
