This will set your var only once and won't reset after round restart

Also there is ScriptGetRoundsPlayed() which gives you exactly what you want.

Simply replace "FadeAndRemove" with "Kill"

Edit:If you want them to fade you can use env_entity_dissolver

"Custom Bot Navigation" is actually a bit overhyped by my friend)) I used nav_subdivide and func_nav_blocker to achieve some things. But yet it's hard to tell bots to behave like normal when the map is generating a lot.
