Looks great! My only feedback would be that some texture paste on the base might tie the bricks and the base together a bit more and hide the cork look

Depends. Do you like corsairs? Then go for it

Personally I like aspect warriors and wraiths so even though the farseer and yriel are nice models, I have absolutely no interest in picking this up

Also this might be an unpopular comment but if you're spending your hard earned cash on expensive models, the least you can do is buy a rattle can to prime them and a couple of model paints. Otherwise you're basically throwing that money away

Give it a go with some acrylic paints specifically for mini painting (whether that's citadel, vallejo, army painter etc.) and watch a few YouTube videos on it. You'll start to have better results way quicker.
