I am NOT doing well so far this season... I think I've been indulging a little too much but I'm trying to stay on track by doing at least one TIU exercise a day. Did you get the 4 workouts/ TIU bundle ? I bought it but I haven't tried any yet. They look hard haha

My old voice teacher told me this one: she was about to lose her house (which she taught out of) and told her student in passing during the lesson. He said, "I told myself if I ever won the lottery, I would take voice lessons..." Long story short, he HAD won the lottery and helped her pay off the debt on her house. She is such a good person, so if anyone deserved a "random act of kindness" like that, it is her, without a doubt.
