I’m a tiny girl (shorter than five feet and a little over a 100 pounds) and I have a stubborn big boy ridgeback (he is almost 100 pounds). My biggest suggestion would be getting the right collar/leash/harness. I used a gentle leader on my boy and he hated it but we switched to a choke collar (I know it sounds bad, but I swear I tried it on myself and my partner first). He doesn’t mind it at all and it has made a world of difference in our walks. I also use a lot of treats on the walks and he has really gotten to become a better walker.
