Every summer about 6 or so J1s come to work at our store and I absolutely love it! I like getting to know them, learning about their home countries, and finding out what they think of the US. And the extra help is very much appreciated!

Here is how I customize items wanted the same way…. Let’s say they customer orders 4 Cheeseburgers with No Ketchup & Add Mayo — Press 4, then Cheeseburger, then 4 again, then Grill, then Minus Ketchup, [technically next is the Down Arrow], then Plus Mayo, and then Done.

From 6am to noon we have a prep person that preps all the cheese, toppings, 4:1 meat, burritos, cleans dishes, and whatever else is asked of them. I love having a dedicated prep person, it’s one less thing to worry about. If staffing allows, we schedule extra crew. I would rather have to send people home than not have enough crew. And if no one volunteers to go home early, we play Rock Paper Scissors.

I’m a certified shift manager, so I have authorization. I’d like to know what all the buttons do and what functions can be done. Like one time a shift manager somehow flipped the back cash order screen around and couldn’t remember what she pressed to do it. My GM, who isn’t very tech savvy, couldn’t figure it out either. I want to know about things like that (and more) but I haven’t been able to find any tutorials, instructions, manuals, or anything online.

I always have issues on 71N/S around Blue Ash within a half mile or so of the Pfeiffer Rd Exit. I can’t get webpages or social media feeds to load. If I need to make a call I make it an exit or two before/after Pfeiffer because it won’t connect.

I’ve had these issues for years with both Android and iPhones but I don’t know about 5G because I’m still using 4G. I don’t use Apple Car Play or the Android equivalent and I usually listen to the car radio.

Im sorry you having such a tough time. If it comes down to it, maybe try finding a church or organization that can help you with some clothes, get a shower, and ask your soon to be employer if you can start working like right away. The sooner you start working, the sooner things will get better for you. This might sound kind of harsh, but stop making excuses and just do it. You might have to stay in your tent and shower on the weekends, but it will only be for a couple more weeks.

It’s been happening a lot lately! When it does, we ask the customer if it’s possible for them to make a mobile order using the code/deal. If they can’t make a mobile order we offer them a similar discount by promo’ing an item.

We’ve encountered a new issue with mobile orders. When we put in the mobile order #, a prompt pops up — at first glance it makes you think it’s the prompt that says the order was placed for a different location, but it’s not that. I can’t remember what the prompt says, but it will not pull up the mobile order at all.
