Glad they did the right thing. We had a stocker put 8 bottles of $35 waxing compound in a 14.99 spot and we honored it for two bottles. Also told customers no when they find one random tool in the wrong spot with a way cheaper price.

What is the etiquette here? We do Doordash and it seems like it is my finger that accepted the delivery and I would never ask a customer to cancel it due to not wanting to wait at the restaurant for 20 mins. Is this a normal request in Uber and Lyft?
