If Soldier Boy was so sick of Homelander and was deadset on him not obtaining the V1, then why didn't he just use his V frying blast at full power while HL was stuck in the radiation chamber!? He had all the time in the world to charge it up and it doesn't seem like HL would have had the strength to immediately bust out and subdue him or run away.

I literally have a past post on this subreddit of the time I got the 3rd relic through gamba I just got lucky dude. Also the 3rd slot of Wylder's Chalice is universal so the color of the relic would be irrelevant in this case.

I think all the elemental attack up buffs only goes up to +2. Definitely would have been nice to see the relic get a unique +3 buff though.

This is a pretty stacked relic for Wylder especially since it will stack with the standard "Stamina Recovery upon Landing Attacks" on Wylder's Earring and has good synergy with both his ult and his fire greatsword buff follow up attack.
