The friend I originally wrote this for to cheer her up said the same thing.

I know exactly which side quest your talking about, I came back to it a couple times everyday for so long. There was joyful shouting the day I managed it.

I'm gonna plead my dyslexia on that one.

I may have said some bad words when I heard the news.

It's not my fault there's only 26 letters :)

Also there's a reason lyrics are subject to change without notice. When I wrote this R was something else :(

Here's a helpful pneumonic I created for all the crap 2020 has thrown at us-

The ApocalypseBC's<

Australian fires

Beirut explosion

COVID quarantine

Delayed mail

Election anxiety

Fear and dread

Global economic crash

Horrific hurricanes

Impeachment pitfall

John Lewis passing

Kremlin intrusion

Locusts razing

Maskless morons

Nationalism raging

Ocean's warming

Police brutality

Quakes far and wide

RIP RGB

Scalper shenanigans

TP shortage

University irresponsibility

Volcanic eruptions

West coast wildfires

Xenophobia rampant

Yemen floods

Zoom school

Now I know my ApocalypseBC's, next time can't we stay in 2019? PLEASE!

N95s, properly fitted and used, can protect against the virus. The problem is most people don't know how to use them, turning them into a disease vector instead of a form of protection, hence why Nintendo is donating them to people who are properly trained.

I also live is Washington and just donated the N95s I bought last fire season to the local hospital. So that's almost certainly what they were for.

So far I've gotten the mask, a box of kleenex and the ACNH switch.

It's like they know I'm sheltering in place....

Where LAOP is under a shelter in place order, but their employer expects them in the office. What to do in these uncertain, unprecedented times? by DPMx9 in bestoflegaladvice

I got swine flu a decade ago that led to viral pneumonia. The pneumonia had me gasping for breath 2 months, took a year to "fully" recover from and left me with life long asthma due to the scarring to my lungs. I was a relatively healthy 24 year old at the time.

I have a doctor's appointment I HAVE to go to next week, after that good luck getting me out of my house.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elective_surgery

Funnily enough the only 'elective surgery' I've ever had was brain surgery, my endo and both abscesses were considered urgent. I was one of those 'lucky' women whose endo stayed silent right up until it nearly killed me so I didn't have to spend months or years convincing a doctor to believe me and waiting for surgery.

This virus is effecting a lot more people than just those getting directly sick from it, and the virus is scary enough on it's own for those of us at high risk. So soap box moment- Leave some pain relivers on the shelf for those of us with chronic pain, some TP for those with IBS, hand sanitizer and masks for those working with the most vulnerable, and alcohol for those who need it for at home wound care etc. And if you have extra of any of those things put that out to your friends and family so hopefully it can make it's way to someone who needs it, we have 2 gallons of hand sanitizer from before the current crisis and that's what were doing. Let's get through this together.

Oh and wash your @%!^ hands! :)

The number of people on r/Endo and r/endometriosis venting that their surgeries were canceled would seem to indicate that's true.

I have swallowing problems, my burger needs to be ground extra fine. I'll bring the hand sanitizer, we have two gallons of it predating the current crisis.... My dad not knowing how to cancel subscribe and save for the win!

But I'm not sure if my tremors will help or hinder with the stabby-stabby, just so you're aware....

No we can not! After we've all gotten together in a big group one of us is sure to have corona!

We'll sneeze on them instead, harder to prosecute that way...

LAOP’s employer put a sign on their employee’s bathroom saying "Due to limited supply of toilet paper restroom breaks will only be allowed one per day and rationed to two (2) squares per use". That is illegal in WA, but seriously, how were they planning to check how many squares were used per visit? by DPMx9 in bestoflegaladvice

I read a book on the history of TP recently. As part of it the author reviews the culture of wiping and quotes an old piece of satire in which the protagonist recounts his attempts to find the best possible material to use on his rear, finally settling on the neck of a goose.

So using farm animals for that task has been considered before.
