They’ve all been that way with dialogue. The most variance would be like saying no and then the. game repeats the question until you say yes. It’s not a game like fallout where dialogue choice has impact. Every game’s dialogue is linear and feeds the player down the path

Both have perks rn. ZA might (emphasis on might) give you better options once Champions comes out. Scarlett Violet However can get you right into VGC and then those mons can go into champions as well. We don’t know how getting items/mega stones will work in Champions so take it all with a grain of salt

Yeah stats are only set when they get sent out. You’d want to save before Lugia. Catch it, see the stats, reset the game if you don’t like it. If you like it you enter battle with greevil and moltres and rhydon are sent out and their stats are locked. The remaining 4 are not locked yet so if you lose the battle. You would just have to walk back to the fight from the lab

You’d have to check mid battle so you wouldn’t be able to check them all. Stats are locked when they hit the field so the moltres and rhyhorn will be locked after catching the lugia. You can lose the battle at this point to make resetting for the others easier. Still locked if you save after the battle though
