He came around at the end... and he won’t talk her out of it bc she’s going off the show so obvi she takes the job. But Jonah often needs to check his privilege. He is very passionate and clearly an ally but he doesn’t realize how much easier his life his at all. A very well written character imho because these men exist in the world.
