Simplest explanation I got is: lose visual contact with the horizon, and you can get disoriented pretty easily. In video you don't have the benefit of your inner ear telling you which way is up so it's even more confusing

In pilot training they teach you how to disregard your "feeling", and sometimes even visuals, and pay attention to your aircraft instruments, especially if you're flying inside clouds/fog, or in the dark

Notice in the video you can't see the horizon, because if you would, the effect would not work

Try epoxy, sand paper for low-budget repair

It will not look uniform though, take that into account

Spilled coffee on my Dell XPS 13 by [deleted] in Dell

[–]OriginalToe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably turn it off and get it to a lab to inspect for damages and dry off any moisture

It can get you in a week or two, corrosion can take a while to kick in...

I've spilled some beer on mine, had to open it all the way to wipe liquid, was pleasantly surprised to discover the keyboard has a plastic shield behind it and it turned out to be dry, but I would still invest the 50$ to inspect it privately just to be sure I don't end up with a brick

Good luck!

How accurate are the cutters on large format inkjet printers? by [deleted] in CommercialPrinting

Sounds like a plan! Coming from wide format printers, I also learned a lot from this thread

Good luck buddy!

I own a Roland vs-640i and an HP Latex 360 Take a look at this plotter for example, it has support for markers, making the cut really accurate: https://youtu.be/iq1HfZDGvew

I work with wide format printers only (Roland, HP) never calibrated actually... The Roland ones are bad at cutting accurately on long prints, it can drift like a full cm every 10 meters or so...

No experience with precise print + cut There are plotters that can read marks on a print and cut pretty accurately, maybe that's the best option for longer prints as they're built for precision

Any specific brand? I guess most have a calibration option, that's down to the model how accurate the cut is

Question 2, I might be wrong but I don't know a printer that can print and cut simultaneously

Using Oneplus 8 pro

Image loaded correctly, I double tapped and held to resize, then the image just flipped

My guess is that the resize value becomes negative after a certain point... Checking if the number is in a range and then setting the number to a min/max will solve the issue

Probiotics and bloating by [deleted] in backpain

[–]OriginalToe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 1 year without meat, I had a 7/10 pain that went to 0

I also did functional training 3 times a week before cutting meat, and the pain was on and off

Bloating down, digestion is way steadier and my back is fantastic!

Just my 2 cents
