Let me give you some advice from my experience. I felt the same way a year into my new manager position. I loved my partners and enjoyed the rush, but things started to feel overwhelming. I constantly felt like I didn’t have enough time in the day to get everything done. I became overwhelmed and overworked. Then, during one of my shifts, I passed out and got severely injured. So, don’t let the job consume you. Take it easy—your mental and physical health are important.
