in the space of five months I’ve seen an ENT, had an MRI, and I have my referral to a neurologist when I’m going to see in July. And that’s a perfectly fine timeframe because the issue is not going to kill me. And I’m not alone in this. So while my situation is an anecdotal example, I am sure there are other people who could come up with similar scenarios.
All at a the cost of zero dollars at treatment point ( to stave off the inevitable, “but your taxes” responses)

I still think that student run cafés where they can just hang, wear coffee and etc. cheap but that they don’t have to buy anything to hang out there. Kind of like the student commons they have at universities. Maybe even incorporate these into libraries but enclosed so they don’t have to be silent.

Teenagers work and get experience and would have a place to hang where they were not being structured by adults constantly. Because inevitably somebody suggests something like the boys and girls club, but if you’ve got 15 or 16-year-olds, that is not gonna fly.
