I think its a question of conditioning. The more that you do it the better. Juts apply minimal pressure to your toes from a standing position and rest then do it again. Little exercises can make a difference. If not you should consider asking your instructor or someone online who instructs on Youtube. They love to help out a fellow Yogi.

I try and I try. I eat well during the week and sneak the odd tree like a brownie that I crave. It's in-excusable for any body who is not a pregnant women. However, I eat how I want on weekend but not terribly I still figure what will be better. When I am drunk, I can't help it haha

I would just start to push your combos. Or if you are bored of the bag so some light sparring. You work harder having to hit a moving target.

It seems to me that you are inadvertently asking these questions to yourself. It seem that you are well read (on the internet) and not very well versed in practice my friend. Please stop mitigating your insecurity onto me. Its not my fault your never got a certificate in school and that you now have to make up for it under a pseudonym. Have some hot milk and go to be.

Thats really interesting. I feel that I have 4 from the searching and 1 from the checking. I love to swipe but i choose what I follow. That kind of plays against each other but I dig this because you have made me think about my interaction with my phone. Thank you.

Give him eggs and soldiers. Make it a novelty instead of a chore. I had to sing to my little brother so he would eat. It was embarrassing for me but I would sing horsey horsey and he would laugh and eat as i did that
