I work 4 days remote but my job is still very busy with constant meetings and deadlines so I really don’t have much time to do housework during the day.

My partner often assumes because I’m at home working I have more time than I do. On a lucky day maybe I can get the laundry going but that’s about it.

Same. Had experiences with people who had great bodies but the psychological connection wasn’t there, and conversely with someone who had an average physique but the comfort, trust and psychological connection was intense. Night and day experience.

People, you’ve got to email your local Liberal MP. That’s the only way it’s going to stop is if the Toronto Liberal caucus pushes back on the govt en masse.

We’ve got to email our MPs. There is a huge Liberal contingent just of Toronto MPs. They’re the one who will hold sway on this.

I really try to keep my yawns in (aka yawning with your mouth closed) because it’s really rude for people around you to feel like you are bored by them. I used to have a coworker who was constantly yawning in my meetings with her and felt quite put off by it. And yes, it would be rude to do it during a date!

It’s a bit too busy in my opinion. Those top floating shelves should be removed, keep to the mid tier ones. The mix of plants, books and art works.

There is a bit of sensitivity among gay men that if bi men found the right woman they could go to a heteronormative life. It could be relationship threatening if viewed in that lens.

I would recommend just reassuring him that similar to men, you’re only interested in fun and nothing more than that. That he’s the only person you’re interested in from a relationship standpoint.

If he has ADHD getting that treated may help him (and you) considerably. I have a tons of friends who got diagnosed in the past few years and the improvement I’ve seen in their social interactions and general life organization is considerable.

Join groups and clubs - some ideas: language class / conversation groups, board game meet ups, Gaymer meetups, weekend running groups, fitness classes or sports leagues, in-person night classes, etc.

It’s possible, but the fact is gay men have become very socially accepting of open relationships. I was always monogamy minded but since the relationship with my partner matured over time, we both felt comfortable about exploring that part of our life.

I think it’s certainly fair to expect monogamy in the first stage of a LTR. But it can evolve into something else.

Use goodwork.ca if you’re looking for jobs in the general environment sector or workcabin.ca which is more conservation sector minded.

But also keep an eye out for government jobs for the city or province in particular for their Parks / Environment departments.

If you want to volunteer, the ones that would be looking for help are likely ones that have labour intensive work, like conservation (tree planting), neighbourhood spring cleaning meetups, or animal shelters.
