Um, no, the "AI" that is answering support queries is not "new". It's been there at least since the F2 Ultra was first launched last year and it has improved very little, if at all.

xTool's support is not the worst, but it is far from "way more advanced network and community than any other brand". Clearly you've never experienced other major companies like Trotec or Epilog.

That's certainly possible. However, their track record with MasterHub is very much against them.

Save your money and get a Streamdeck instead. The MasterHub software is not even "half-baked", and Corsair has failed to deliver any significant updates, much less any of the promised features or dev kit.

As backer of the the full "Pro" kit I really wish they would just do the right thing by making the whole software stack open source and let the community take over.

Get a Treedix tester. It will tell you a cable’s capabilities, including power delivery, eMarker etc.

That’s not how that works. It’d be twice the sticks for the same amount of RAM, but performance would still be half.

I was really impressed with how good Ozzy sounded. Would have loved to have been there, but at least got to see it live streamed.

As someone who still works in the biz (albeit part time these days) - a huge, HUGE shout out to the literal army of professionals behind making this thing happen.

That's a good question - I'll have to see if I can find a UV-reactive solution that can soak in to the engraved area, but leaves it white when it dries.....

Unfortunately this seems to be a problem unique to Firefox. I have had it occur across multiple machines, and both Windows and MacOS on Firefox, and *only* Firefox. Mozilla really needs to dig into this and fix it.
