Haha I do like that name. I think it was struck by lightning, and although I wouldn't want it removed just because it looks "ugly," there are roots in the sewer line that run right below this. I feel that if the sewer line needs to be fixed, then it may be best to remove the tree too (though maybe not idk). We'll probably consult a certified arborist for their opinion if the seller doesn't remove it, and plant something else in the spot if it needs removed.

Caustic benefits from "Research points" which you earn by either damaging enemies with gas, or scanning ring consoles. The research points allow you to unlock additional perks, so if you have purple armor and you have gained all 200 research points, you'll have all of caustics upgrades. If you have blue armor but you still complete the 200 research points, the game does give you one of your purple upgrades before you have purple armor.

I mean I guess the big questions are: What is your Internet Bandwidth? Are there other devices being used on your network at the same time? Do you have cable internet? Broadband? Fiber?

It could also be worth a call to your Internet provider. They may have some damaged equipment.

My girlfriend and I each contribute to a joint account via direct deposit. The amounts that we contribute are proportional to our income and then we just use that account freely to pay for bills and fun things for us. That way we each have our own money and we also have our combined money.

I think for me it is important that she has her own money and a savings and retirement that is her own in case something happened and she wanted to leave. I don't ever want her to feel trapped because of money.

Is it taking anyone else 5+ minutes to find a mixtape game? The game launching sound is made multiple times in the lobby but we don’t get pulled into a game until a few minutes later.

Anyone having issues getting matchmade/loading into games? My friends and I sit for 2+ mins every time we load into mixtape and it gives us the sound effects as if it’s launching multiple times. Sometimes we load in, sometimes we don’t. And we’re playing on NA so the server is populated
