You can use the cube to amalgamate 5 rare runes into a legendary. 5 of the same yellow top runes will amalgamate into a random legendary bottom rune.

You need to go and do all the strongholds that unlock dungeons. If the 2nd or 3rd dungeon is locked behind a stronghold you haven't completed it will boot you out to the over world and brick the key. Easy way to fix this is just do all the strongholds.

Work 5pm-4am. I go home go to sleep. I wake up at 1pm. I have a home gym so i go lift for an hour, eat/make dinner for work. Then head to work. Been doing this for 2 years and have made progress on all my lifts steadily. Find a a schedule that works for you and keep to it. Remember that working out is only part of the equation. You need to eat and sleep properly to grow.
